This Privacy Policy describes how Orbicly ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Orbicly mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Basic app usage information (such as interactions and preferences).
Device and diagnostic data (device type, OS version, crash logs).
Content you choose to provide within the App.
Purchase and subscription information processed through Apple's App Store (we do not directly collect or store your payment card details).

2. How We Use Information

To provide and improve app functionality.
To process and manage your subscription and purchases.
To maintain performance, security, and stability.
To respond to user support requests.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Orbicly offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Important subscription details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We collect subscription status information (active, expired, trial) to provide you with the appropriate level of service. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and we do not have access to your credit card or payment details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the App, with Apple for the purpose of processing subscriptions and in-app purchases, or when required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or to comply with legal obligations.

7. User Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@orbicly.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
